What is it?
Skype Zones Beta is a little piece of software powered by Boingo that gives you access to Skype through thousands of Skype-friendly hot spots, while you're on the move. So now when you’re at your favorite café or waiting quietly at the airport, you don't have to count the tic-tac of your watch, instead you can just talk to your friends on Skype.
Right now, we’re just testing the product, so you will be one of the first to enjoy it. Skype Zones Beta is only available for Windows XP and Windows 2000. Sorry, Mac OS X, Linux and Windows Mobile are not supported.

Accessing Skype Zones and enjoying Skype from hotspots is not free, but it is pretty cheap.
You can try it out for two hours for just €2.50 (€2.95 where VAT applies) or you can enjoy it as much as you want for a whole month for €6.50 (€7.95 where VAT applies).
